Flexible hours. Good cafeteria at Austin.
If you are not from India, do not come here because they do not speak English. The first and second languages at Visa are Telugu and Hindi. You can speak HR English because they are American, but all developers are from India.
Also, most developers are contractors here, so they are coming and going within a few months, which is not good for projects.
Make sure of diversity in practice, not on paper.
