I have been working at Visa for the past 3 years and have had a very good experience. Visa Bangalore has really good employee facilities, ranging from the office, food, free snacks, and transport. Visa is engaged in many activities, and there is always some event or other to keep you engaged.

Need clearer policy on Go Share, Promotions, and Internal Mobility.

Need career guidance sessions.

Enable managers for better people management and guidance.

Fewer closed sessions with management.

Visa India, being a new center with fresh talent, has too much expectation of employees. Visa might not meet everything and might not be able to solve all issues, but regular touch-ups with leaders in closed groups really help. All-hands meetings are hardly of use for getting feedback.
