If you join this company thinking it's established and you won't have to slog like in startups, you are wrong. Deadlines are very strict, and managers won't hesitate to ask you to stay all night at the office.
No comp offs.
Lots of differences between the US and Bangalore offices.
Bangalore teams are treated below par.
