Pros

All previous reviews which speak positively about the company were posted by HR of Visa Bangalore.

Pros:

  • They have free cold drinks and free biscuits for employees (employees here like biscuits because they are treated like dogs!).
  • Free pick-up and drop cab service.
Cons
  1. No proper planning and management.
  2. No work-life and personal-life balance. You have to work during the daytime and also work at night with U.S. people until 3-4 AM IST.
  3. Here, managers know only how to overload employees, and people are forced to work on weekends. There is no concept of comp off.
  4. People are forced to come online even when they are on sick leave or paid leave.
  5. They don't even think about your career and your interests.
  6. Everything is manual and full of randomness.
  7. Fake agile processes are followed in some teams.
  8. Just because many people are telling the truth about the company and its reviews, they have started showing off by hiring interns and taking them for a 2-day U.S. visit.
Advice to Management

Think about the employees. They are humans. Firing 10 vendors/contractors and hiring 2 FTEs in their place is not working. Distributing cold drinks and biscuits freely doesn't make you a good place to work.
