Amenities are good.
Team members are helpful.
Transportation is good to and fro from the office.
Safety is ensured, especially for women.
Toastmasters is also good in Bangalore.
The canteen used to have good food; nowadays, it is kind of ok.
Adaptability to new technologies. POC support. Development comes with additional baggage called support work. Market expansion in India. Senior leadership's continuous change.
Still stuck on old technology by the time we move to a new one, that becomes history. Need to have up-to-date technology, or at least PoCs should be encouraged.
I went through 3 rounds, and was rejected in the third round. 1st round: HackerRank test on Stacks and Strings. 2nd round: Java Basics, OOPs, REST, and one coding question. 3rd round: 2 questions on Data Structures and Algorithms.
I had 4 rounds on the same day, and the last one felt clueless – I didn't understand why I was speaking to that person. Still, there is no update from their side, even after continuous follow-ups through email. The HR department doesn't pick up call
I applied online. The process took 1 week. In total there were 3 rounds: * Technical discussion, DSA question based on array and hash map, and database schema design * System design round with deep discussion on current project * Managerial round
