Everything you find in VISA is cons only. Every bad review on Glassdoor is true. To mention a few of the cons:
There are things that could be written here, but it never ends, as they really don't value talent, people, or work and don't pay 1% of respect to them.
Think 101 times before you join VISA, as the environment is highly toxic and injurious to your career. It's better to go for another company or start-up as well.
NONE.
Keep up the good work till the company.
Tx
I went through 3 rounds, and was rejected in the third round. 1st round: HackerRank test on Stacks and Strings. 2nd round: Java Basics, OOPs, REST, and one coding question. 3rd round: 2 questions on Data Structures and Algorithms.
1 HackerRank test 3 rounds of virtual interview: * 1st round: coding DSA and system design * 2nd round: deep system design, asked about projects and payment gateway design * 3rd round: HM round
Medium-difficult question on DSA algorithm and Java. Overall, it was a nearly difficult interview, but I could not join as I received an offer letter later. The profile was for a Security Java Developer.
