Ok compensation, but expect no growth
VISA provides a competitive salary for relevant experience. The benefits and compensation are good. The work-life balance here is also good.
No professional growth.
Too much lobbying by incompetent managers.
Not worthy people in mid & upper management.
Raising concerns may backfire.
Conduct transparent interviews before appointing managers or promoting people. Rewarding people merely on a manager’s comments is not good.
