Excellent health insurance, entry bonus, mid-level salary. Rarely forced to rush projects, as it's better to double-check everything than face losing a client for losing their money.
A lot of bureaucracy and slow security-related processes that sometimes reach the point of absurdity. The current office in Warsaw is too small (2025) for the number of employees they have hired.
Allocate projects specifically for Polish teams so that there is no need to contact people from India and the States every day with such a time zone difference. It is especially critical for staff+ positions that they have to set meetings for 6:00 PM and later.
