The workload is heavy, with frequent overtime expected. Management tends to focus mainly on delegation and often lacks a deep understanding of the work itself, which can make guidance difficult. The technology stack is outdated, which slows down progress and innovation. Additionally, collaboration with the Indian team has been quite frustrating due to communication and coordination challenges. Overall, this role demands a lot but lacks the necessary support and modern tools.

1 CodeSignal proctored coding round 1 phone coding round + 1 system design + 1 behavioral -> total 3 hours Clear instructions were given on the interviews, and the interviewers were helpful.
