It's a phone interview, mainly about the projects I have ever done, pretty much into detail. No coding yet. Many basic questions about Java, like concurrent programming and some relevant synchronization techniques.

ONCAMPUS INTERVIEW WITH VISA. The interviewer is a Senior Director in Risk Management. He introduced himself by talking about recent company tasks and some personal information. He did not go over the resume but asked me a question on a whiteboard

It was an on-campus interview. All questions were about my resume and more behavioral. The interview process was very smooth, but one month later, I received the rejection email.
