3. Seniors gossip about higher management with freshers, which is not at all good.

Management has to take care that the work of an employee is properly recognized. Some people are really good at disguising their lack of effort. They leave their work onto the shoulders of their colleagues and spend their time on WhatsApp chats and scrolling through Facebook pages.
