Cons

One of the worst software engineering cultures I've ever experienced. The culture is plagued by poor management and disorganization.

Teams operate in silos, and it’s every person for themselves. No one is willing to help you, yet they're quick to blame you when things go wrong.

The tech stack is outdated, filled with messy code and poor development practices. Any attempt to improve is immediately shut down due to tight deadlines and a lack of long-term planning.

Daily stand-ups get dragged on for hours, and you constantly get pulled into meetings, making it impossible to get any real coding done.

The engineers all look dead inside but probably can't quit because of their H-1B status. Overall, it's an archaic, deeply political, and high-stress environment where management is more interested in deadlines than in building a healthy team. Stay away at all costs unless you like getting yelled at by salty old men.
