As a software engineering intern, I had a fantastic learning experience at this company. The company has a great culture of collaboration and support, which allowed me to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects.
I had the opportunity to work with experienced developers who were always willing to answer my questions and help me overcome any challenges.
Additionally, the company offers excellent training programs and resources that helped me sharpen my skills and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
While I had an overall positive experience, there were a few areas where the company could improve.
One issue was that the workload could be overwhelming at times, and I found myself working long hours to meet deadlines.
Additionally, the company could benefit from more structured feedback and performance evaluations for interns. I often felt uncertain about how I was doing and what I needed to do to improve.
Overall, though, these were minor issues that did not detract from the valuable experience I gained as an intern.
OA (standard Codesignal GCA), then recruiter screen (15-20 minutes), then lastly a Powerday. The Powerday was 1 hour total, with 1 behavioral and 1 technical interview. Both interviews were 30 minutes each and were nothing bad at all.
The interviewer started with an easy string algorithm question. After this, they asked questions about Java. They then inquired about my project experience and skill level for different languages. Overall, it was a very good experience.
The test (Online Assessment) was conducted on the Codesignal platform, consisting of 4 questions. All 4 were easy-medium level. Upon being selected for the interview, there was a single round, combined for both Technical and HR.
