Great relaxed atmosphere, pay is okay, and work is uninteresting
It's a relaxed atmosphere; they don't expect you to constantly put in work on your project.
Management is flexible. If you want to work from home some days, that's fine. Come in and leave when you want, as long as you get your work done.
Moving teams is quite possible to do.
I found my project to be very uninteresting, using very old tech.
Pay is not the best.
