Pros

If anyone's interested in making a career in payments gateway stack, then this can help. The data and tech stack are not the latest and greatest.

Cons

Compensation is on the lower side when compared to the market rate.

HR and TA people are not the best either. Basic call scheduling and email writing skills are missing. They directly call you on the phone or switch to WhatsApp without the candidate's consent. The tone on the call is also not good; they speak as if they are doing you a favor, even after clearing five rounds of interviews. Poor people skills of TA and HR folks.

Talent is not valued. Even if you outperform, your pay won't be increased, citing pay parity of the team. So, the best talent either does not join or leaves the company.

Advice to Management

Management sticks to a fixed set of rules and guidelines. No bold decisions or new paths are encouraged; they always play it safe, hence no innovations. Talent is not valued and often let go.
