I applied online.
The interview process consisted of four stages:
- an initial recruiter screening
- an online assessment
- a hiring manager interview
- finally an onsite interview round
The onsite technical interviews focused on practical skills rather than traditional data structures and algorithms questions. Specifically, they included a code review exercise and a complex real-world programming scenario. I found the real-world coding challenge particularly challenging.
One important tip: carefully read and understand all problem statements before beginning your solutions.
