Process
The process was rather painful. The interviewers never cared about time restrictions and preferred to have interviews on weekdays, which means you lose up to 2 hours per interview round from your workday. It is very difficult to continue in this process while excusing yourself from the office for extended periods.
The interviewers also seemed not to look at the approach but rather the answer they wanted, cutting off candidates mid-explanation.
