Pros: I’m still thinking… and still thinking…
Cons: Management is not held accountable, investigated, or disciplined for their acts of discrimination or abuse of authority reported to Employee Relations at Corporate.
During peak hours, Front End Supervisors were anywhere but at the front end to assist associates at their registers when needed.
Pay is not commensurate with experience. Worse, newly hired Stockers started at $17/hr., while five and six-year associates were still underpaid.
Management, Lead positions and above, did not reflect the ethnic diversity of the area, and not for lack of qualified talent.
