Process
I was e-mailed after applying for the job at a career fair. Several months later, they e-mailed me for a HackerEarth test, which I passed.
I then took a technical interview, where I was asked several fairly basic Java questions.
After not hearing from them for about three weeks, I e-mailed my recruiter for a follow-up. She told me that I had been notified of my application status, though I did not receive the e-mail.
