I was asked to provide an entire week's worth of availability for a 45-minute phone screen.
I complied and accepted the time they requested, then waited.
No one ever called, emailed, or communicated anything.
The recruiter suggested, "Well, maybe he was pulled into a meeting."
In my opinion, both the recruiter and the hiring manager should have been more on top of it.
