Process
It was for a remote position. I met on a video call with the director of mobile, then three engineers.
Some were on the phone, others in a WebEx. It was very informal and not particularly rigorous.
I felt the engineers were not prepared to interview me and didn't even have my resume in front of them. They only had a link to my LinkedIn profile, which was incomplete.
Questions
Mostly, they asked high-level Android questions, pertaining to the framework. Nothing particularly in-depth or challenging.
