Applied through their online job boards and then contacted by their recruiter. The process took around 2 months. Below are the steps:
- HR screening
- HR technical screening
- First Technical Managerial round: This involved a case study and situational technical questions to assess overall Hadoop ecosystem knowledge, including which technologies to use and why.
- First technical round: Questions related to SQL, RDBMS, Hadoop, Hive, Yarn, and Teradata.
- Video interview with 3-4 panelists, each asking questions from Hadoop, Hive, Unix, Teradata, SQL, etc.
- Face-to-face round: This involved 2 coding rounds and 1 technical discussion round with the manager.
Generally, the interviewers were very nice and cooperative. It requires very good preparation and patience.
