I applied for Senior Manager II, Software Engineering in Bentonville, AR.
In HR terms, you will be receiving an email from my coordinator to schedule the virtual interview for the Senior Manager II (on-site position). I believe the process will consist of three rounds:
I cleared the first round and they scheduled the second round. However, it was called off, and they mentioned they would reschedule. They asked for my availability, which I provided, but there has been no response.
I sent a follow-up email once, but there was still no reply.
I did not expect such behavior from a reputed company's HR. So, please be cautious.
How did you transition yourself from developer to engineering manager?
How do you avoid conflicts?
