I received a call from a recruiter through my LinkedIn profile. We had a detailed discussion about my experience over the phone, and then I was invited for an onsite interview at their office in Reston, VA.
I went through three rounds of discussion. It wasn't heavily technical; it focused more on the project they are working on and how my experience aligned with their requirements. The last round was somewhat technical, where they asked me questions about a tool I am currently using. Everything went well, and they seemed happy.
Since that day, it's been four weeks. I have been following up with the recruiter, but they haven't provided a clear "yes" or "no." They are simply holding the decision, and I'm not sure why. When I ask about feedback, they state it's very good.
I believe they have significant room for improvement in their interview process, which is frustrating.
They asked me questions about the SOA, Tools, CI, etc.
