I cleared the interview and got an offer, but declined it. The HR representative didn't know how to behave with a prospective employee of their company. An HR representative is the face of a company, representing how the company is, its work culture, and everything else. I spoke to a few HR members at Walmart who didn't know how to behave or talk to candidates. I would highly advise management to arrange some sessions for their HR staff so they can learn how to represent the company in front of prospective employees.
