Cons: Workload increases drastically as your salary and job level go up. Late-night meetings. Difficult to interact with other teams and onsite teams.

Cons: Micromanagement, no technical learning, and no growth. If your manager is bad, then your life is hell. There is no HR intervention. Working hours are crazy; you are expected to work 12 hours. If you don't, you are given the lowest rating, stating the reason that other people work late nights and on weekends.
