Pros: Compensation and Employee Benefits. Free food and cab.

Cons: No respect for employees. Worst managers. They do not know the roadmap, efforts, and plan. They simply pressurize us to get the work done. No work-life balance. They will deploy [us] in any role or skill which is completely irrelevant to us and ask us to work. Lot of politics. In India, mostly maintenance and support projects, hence they will ask us to work at any timings. Not an organized environment. Top-level management and HR have no clue about the company's growth plan. If you are lucky, you will get the right projects; else, life at Walmart India will be miserable. Developers will be forced to do any task which is irrelevant to their skills. Many developers leave the company before their first six months.

Pros: Work-life balance and pay packets are good.

Cons: Nothing adverse that would be a concern.

Pros: It's a great place to work.

Cons: Can't really think of anything.
