I was contacted by a recruiter from Jet.com asking if I was interested in this position. I said yes, and we proceeded to schedule a coding pair session.

From there, I did a few rounds of interviews via Webex with different team members across the nation. Up to this point, my experience with recruiting was very good. My questions were answered quickly, and things were also scheduled quickly.

After the Webex interviews were done is when the problems started to arise. I had a lot of trouble getting answers from the recruiter for basic questions. He gave me a verbal offer, but the physical offer letter never came to fruition. I ended up declining after reading the poor reviews on here regarding work/life balance, management, and benefits.
