Some technology questions and some general personality questions.
For technology, they asked a lot about technologies I'd worked with and gave me a fairly straightforward coding challenge.
For personality, they asked a lot about specific scenarios (i.e. what if a team member was..., or how would you handle a situation where...).
They gave me a pretty specific description of the job, including responsibilities and possible movement within the company, which was appreciated and answered a lot of questions.
Overall, a pretty positive experience with little pressure and a friendly, but businesslike atmosphere.
