Processing these three rounds took almost a month. The experience I had during this whole process was pathetic, especially HR's behavior. They don't bother to respond and don't care about candidate experience or concerns. They just schedule the rounds and disappear.

They don't bother to collect feedback and share it with the candidate. After 14 days, HR came back to me saying, "You had two rounds that day; I thought it was only one round you had." (I mean, they had no clue about my candidature ).

Such behavior is not expected from a brand like Walmart. And, that's the reason you see its Glassdoor rating around 3, which is really low with respect to its brand.
