1 written algo DS round - 5 questions. At least 2 had to be answered. 2 problem solving rounds.
My interviews went well. I was able to answer all F2F round questions, and the interviewers could not find enough issues with my code. Still, I don't know what happened; they rejected me.
The HR said he did not know the reason. Initially, he told me the feedback was positive. Upon inquiring the next day about further rounds, I was informed that I did not meet their expectations. I don't know what their expectation is; they could not even tell me what went wrong.
They do not give any feedback, make decisions behind closed doors, and never care about the candidate's time, efforts, etc. All in all, I was disheartened. It represents, to a certain extent, their culture and justifies their 3.0 rating on Glassdoor. They are hiring crazily, so I believe in the process they hire many average engineers/managers who ultimately cannot judge other good candidates and waste their time.
Be cautious before taking their interview.
