Pros: Great experience working under good leadership who focus on learning and provide tons of learning resources. Interns get to work on real projects with actual impact, just like a full-time employee. Of course, the work-life balance is great, with amazing and frequent intern activities, sponsored dinners/happy hours, etc. Benefits (for interns specifically): All expense-paid corporate housing is provided for relocating interns. Bonus: A welcome week hosted for all interns and associates in Bentonville, AR – one whole week of paid fun. We saw a Jonas Brothers concert at Associate Shareholders! (Interns are spoilt like crazy!)

Cons: Compensation is below average as compared to others like Amazon, Meta, SAP, etc. But there are still no complaints because they spend on you a lot otherwise! For example, they provide corporate housing for interns (all expenses paid), sponsor travel from/to your home to Bentonville, AR, and to your work location, and offer a few sponsored dinners.

Pros: Awesome Pay as an Intern

Cons: 1. As an intern, your work is least priority work, so you hardly get attention. 2. They do not have a policy of an intern conversion process because their new budget is in February.

Pros: Cool project, gives you some degrees of freedom on creating things.

Cons: Somewhat lacking on teamwork. Everyone seems to mostly work on their own.
