Process

The interview process was horrible.

I tried contacting Walmart eCommerce many times, hoping to find someone professional for an interview. Unfortunately, everyone I've spoken with has had a horrible attitude. Here are a couple of examples:

  • One person asked me questions that didn't even make sense. When I asked for clarification, he claimed there wasn't enough time to discuss, even though we only had five minutes.
  • Another interviewer asked me a programming question and then left while I was typing the code and explaining each step. When he returned, he asked me to go through the steps one by one. He showed no interest as I was explaining.

If you interview with them, be prepared for a horrible attitude. They seem to think they are superior to others.

I've interviewed with many top companies, but this experience was the worst. The people don't seem to know what they are asking.
