Process
I applied online and received a call for a Skype interview.
Following that, I was extended an offer the very next day. This was surprising, as I had expected an onsite interview first.

Pros: Good place to work and to learn all new technologies.
Cons: Timelines are too aggressive.

Best place to work in Brazil for IT
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil
January 6, 2016
Pros: It's all open-source technology or subscriptions. IT architecture has no space for political or commercial contaminated decisions. All technology and paradigms were selected by the teams to solve problems in the best way, not to fit any IT supplier. All leadership hierarchy levels are very kind and accessible.
Cons: The Brazilian headquarters (and Brazil at all) lacks sufficient resources to achieve the IT improvements and innovation seen in the USA and Europe. Walmart.com is the best (last) place to work as a developer or software engineer.
