Process
The interview process was incredibly unprofessional and it showed how disorganized Walmart's HR is.
They couldn't handle basic scheduling. I had multiple interview dates where HR would reschedule at the last second, or I would show up on a Zoom call and no one would be there.

Pros: 1. Good starting point for your career
2. Established company and culture
3. Lots of perks like free cab service, food, pantry, entertainment, etc.
Cons: Depending on your team, you may have to work late or be in meetings after office hours to match US counterparts.

Pros: Really smart people work there, and I would probably have been happy to continue working there.
Cons: I was not particularly excited about their product and found it trouble moving upwards in the company.
