A recruiter contacted me for a screening a month ago. One week later, I set up an initial round with a panel of two members. However, one interviewer did not attend the interview. The other interviewer asked me coding questions and about my professional experience. He seemed satisfied with the interview and told me that my experience is quite aligned with the work that their team does. However, after that, the recruiter ghosted me. I have not received any feedback yet. The recruiter is not replying to my emails or my calls. This is utterly unprofessional behavior.
