Software Engineering Intern Interview Experience - Irving, Texas

Process

They put me through a personality assessment and a coding assessment that were both hard and confusing. The personality assessment asked a bunch of behavioral and personal questions, such as "Do you like to work alone or with other people over a heavy project?".

The coding assessment was tough and did not allow backtracking. I wrote the code, and then, when I went back to answer a multiple-choice question, it erased my code and submitted my test as time ran out.
