I applied through a vendor, and they scheduled a video interview with the client. The client, however, did not show up at all.

No one even cancelled the interview or communicated anything. This was very unprofessional and resulted in a lost day.

Even after I mentioned this to the recruiter, they remained silent. Before this incident, they frequently bothered me to fill out many forms and staff-related documents.

Communication was poor and unclear. I had to email back to ask for details because the vendor didn't even tell me if the interview was going to be by phone or video.

The vendor just asked to fill out forms, RTR, and availability.
