If you are a manager, this place is great for you; otherwise, avoid.
Cons: - People are passive-aggressive here, all the time.
- Very sensitive egos.
- Hierarchy only applies to managers, not to individual contributors.
- Live example of Animal Farm.

Pros: Pros: Open Culture, approachable leaders, and innovation and creativity were well respected.
Cons: Culture: If you can't say 'no' to your manager, don't join. They can't hear 'no' — they just want to hear 'yes', even for things that are technically not correct.
