Overall, there were 5 tech rounds and 1 HR round.
Problem-solving rounds were conducted by junior staff. The questions were very peculiar; unless you were already familiar with them, there was no way to solve them in the given short timeframe. The interviewers generally displayed their arrogant company culture openly. They were unfriendly and did not offer the slightest hint during the interview.
The Hiring Manager kept the key responsibilities as discreet as possible.
They treated candidates as if they were blessed to be interviewing with them – what an attitude! He refused to delve deeper into role details, stating it had already been covered on the phone.
Lastly, the staffing team was one of the worst I have encountered. They did not even direct candidates to the correct building, making them run from one to another.
It felt like a sophisticated government organization.
I will never connect with them!
