The interviewer did not ask a single technical question. He began the telephone interview by asking for my email, sending me a WebEx invite, and requesting I be on video. He had scheduled a 1-hour meeting, but after 15 minutes, he ended the conversation without asking a single technical question. I talked about my current role and previous experience, but he was not interested in listening. Since he didn't ask any questions and forced me to be on video, I would think he did not like my face.
