Process

Told me I would be getting an offer for a week then told me they would not give me an offer on Friday afternoon. Do not trust it until it is on paper. Process is straight forward. Back to back Friday mornings. The first is more general. For the second you are required to complete a project. The project is slotted for 4-6hrs but it will really take at least twice that to do it well. Still a good process.
