Pros

Hours were good. The job was consistent. Nothing out of the ordinary. It's a job.

Cons

It's a job, not a career.

Team leads and coaches are unapproachable and don't care for associates. They give minimal time, sometimes as few as two days, to learn the job and execute it before you get a write-up (coaching).

Most team leads and coaches are friends. If you have an issue with a team lead, the report goes to their friend and is immediately shredded. You can try to go higher through ethics, but without proof of every single word, you have no base to stand on with them.

Advice to Management

Be more caring and listen to your associates for at least 5 minutes so you can resolve issues they're having, or at least pretend that you care.
