I love the NWA area. Both the company and community are very family-friendly. The pay isn't bad when you factor in the cost of living for the area.
Poor management. I've rarely felt micromanaged, but I've also rarely felt managed. Yearly evaluations are a joke. There's very little motivation to push yourself except for personal growth and career development. ISD is run by third parties.
