Bad teams, bad culture. Someone rightly said it is a company that competes with Amazon but has no work culture. The culture is the same as a service-based company. Directors/Sr. managers don't even know what they are doing. Blame game and favoritism at the top. All talent is wasted in the company.

There's no point in giving advice; things will keep going like this.

Improve your culture, listen to the people you are working with, and consider how they can improve the company's functions and workings.

Money is not the only factor, but culture is very important. Each individual who leaves your company takes away a little bit of its culture. Even US counterparts do not contribute to the culture.
