Decent benefits, flexible scheduling, decent hours.
Will overwork you, understaffing is an issue. Management is a joke; they will lecture you but can barely do their own jobs. Overall, just kinda mid-tier.
Management needs to step up and be more helpful. If there is an issue, they need to help resolve it instead of lecturing employees. Instead of being hands-off when it comes to helping lessen the workload, employees could help out a lot more.
I was asked about availability and flexibility, and given a brief overview of the job description. They provided an insight into the company and the specific role I was applying for. The process was straightforward, and I was hired on the spot.
The interview process for me was fairly simple, in my opinion. It involved only one phone interview and, if selected to continue after the initial call, one in-person interview.
The interview involved a basic setup where the interviewer asked about my availability and any prior experience I had with customer service or similar roles. Since Walmart hires frequently, I obtained the position fairly quickly.
