I was hired on the spot through email. No interview was needed at all after my application, and training began immediately after I showed up for my first shift. Introduction and set-up were done through the training process.

It was not hard; it was easy. However, I had to apply online and go in physically a lot of times to ask if they were hiring. I did not get a reply until I got lucky and received one.

These are pretty basic questions. You'll tell them about your personality, your hobbies, and why you want to work there. You'll also describe how you feel when you see a Walmart employee. It's not that hard; just be friendly and be yourself.
