It is a nice place. They have great benefits, and most people are very nice. People take care of each other.
Some supervisors take advantage of their position and put you in areas they know you don't like when you do something wrong. Plus, they all have their favorites.
Do supervisor reviews, not just yearly, weekly, or monthly. Let's make all associates fill out a review.
