Flexible Fast Pace Some of the customers are nice.

Cons

Management is a joke.

Hours get cut.

The point system sucks.

They treat employees horribly.

There's favoritism.

Advice to Management

Give the employees a better chance and the tools to do their job. Take away the point system, retrain your coaches and team leads on behaviors and attitudes.
