You apply online. If they're interested, you get a call to schedule your interview. A few days later, you attend the interview on the scheduled day. They call you back a few days later with a job offer.

The interview was very easy, and I was hired right away. They asked for availabilities immediately. HR was a little hard to deal with, but it was easy to get the job. It took a month or two to hear back after applying, though.
